Recenter, Disconnect, Reiki - 90 min Yoga Practice

Yoga on Tilt introduces a 90 minute Restorative & Reiki class. Restorative Yoga is the practice of asanas, each held for longer than conventional yoga. Often this class there is support of props such as folded blankets, blosters, blocks, and salt bags to relax the body reduce stress and often to prepare for pranayama. 

Resting in these comfortable yoga poses, and finding stillness helps calm the mind and awaken the parasympathetic nervous system for optimal relaxtion. Restorative yoga paired with Reiki, Sound Therapy, and Color Light Therapy allows for healing in this space. This is a powerful combination. It allows everything to deepen Mind, Body & Soul. You can expect different crystals to be used in the practice along with essential oils. This class is for everyone.
