What to bring? Yoga Mat if you have one, if not we got you. Maybe a blanket if you want. Anything that will make you comfortable.
What to wear? Dress how you would like. I would say, dress comfy.
Show up early to roll your mat out and unwind a little. Check out the crystal shop and truly just settle into the space. This is a must come to event!!!!
