We love to inspire your kids to exercise & stretch with kids yoga. This is fun for ages 4 to 13. The kids will learn all different types of yoga poses, different balancing techiques, a little meditation practice and more. We sre so excited and look forward to watching your child learn, growth and yoga with us.
